Copper Trophies commission

Two trophies have been commissioned. One from Cornwall County Council, another from the RNLI. The first is of a gig under sail, to be presented annually to the winner of the gig sailing race as part of the Newlyn Fish Festival. The second celebrates the bicentenary of Trafalgar and is presented annually to the winner of the gig-rowing race in the same festival.
